I am loyal to this location and the one on 20th. I probably visit both locations every single day, all year round. One for my afternoon drink and one for my evening drink. This location had an amazing employee (well many fun, kind, and great employees work here) but one who stood out from the rest when it came to customer service and kindness. He now works somewhere else which is great for him! I love coming here to get the best mad hatter combinations. I am always treated with kindness and given the best service. They go out of their way to make your drink the way you like it. I love this location and will continue to be a loyal customer.

I love this location! Everyone in the mornings knows my name, knows what I like and how I like it. Everyone always has a smile. This place is the place to go, the site with the best customer service, and the best drinks to start my morning!!!
